Fuel Fill Pipe Removal/Installation

1. Drain the fuel tank Service and Repair.

2. Remove the left rear wheel.

3. Remove the fuel fill pipe cover (A).






4. Disconnect the quick-connect fitting (A) Fuel Line/Quick-Connect Fitting Removal, then disconnect the fuel fill hose (B) from the fuel fill pipe by sliding back the clamp on the hose and twisting as you pull, to avoid damaging the hose or the pipe.







5. Remove the fuel fill pipe (A).





6. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE: Before connecting the fuel fill pipe and the quick-connect fitting, check for dirt, and clean it if needed, taking care not to damage the fuel fill pipe and other parts.
