Engine does not crank

Check for loose battery terminals or connections.

Test the battery for a low state of charge Battery Test.

Check for PGM-FI DTCs Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview.

Check the starter Testing and Inspection.

Check the starter cut relay Testing and Inspection.

Check the starter system circuit troubleshooting Component Tests and General Diagnostics.

Check the clutch interlock switch (M/T model) Clutch Interlock Switch Test.

Check the transmission range switch (A/T model) Testing and Inspection.

Check the ignition switch and its related circuits Ignition Switch Test.

Also check for

Poor ground at G401 (M/T model), G101 (A/T model)

Also check for

Seized engine
