Radiator Hose Replacement - Inlet

RADIATOR HOSE REPLACEMENT - INLET

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System.
2. Reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp (3) from the engine (1).
3. Remove the radiator inlet hose (2) from the engine (1).




4. Remove the radiator inlet hose (4) from the mounting clip (3).
5. Reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp (5) from the radiator (6).
6. Remove the radiator inlet hose (4) from the radiator (6).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the radiator inlet hose (4) to the radiator (6).
2. Position the radiator inlet hose clamp (5) to the radiator (6).
3. Install the radiator inlet hose (4) to the mounting clip (3).




4. Install the radiator inlet hose (2) to the engine (1). Position the radiator inlet hose clamp (3) to the engine (1).
5. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System.
