SEAT BELT BUCKLE AND LATCH REPLACEMENT - NO.2 REAR

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the handle mounting screws (1).
2. Partially remove the seat cushion cover by separating the cushion trim J-strips.




3. Remove the bolts attaching the buckle to the seat cushion frame.
4. Remove the buckle from the seat frame.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the buckle to the seat frame.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the buckle bolts.

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 53 N.m (39 lb if).




3. Connect the seat cushion cover by joining the cushion J-strips.
4. Install the handle mounting screws.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 7 N.m (61 lb in).
