Washer Hose Replacement - Washer Pump to Headliner Hose

WASHER HOSE REPLACEMENT - WASHER PUMP TO HEADLINER HOSE

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the air inlet grille panel.
2. Remove the right side interior windshield garnish molding.




3. Disconnect the washer hose at the air inlet grille panel (3) and push the grommet into the cowl area.
4. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) upper trim pad.




5. Access the washer hose grommet at the cowl (5).
6. Disconnect the washer hose (3) from the headliner hose (2) at the union (1).
7. Carefully release the grommet from the cowl panel in order to remove the washer pump to headliner hose.
8. Remove the hose (3) from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Position the washer pump to headliner hose (3) to the cowl area.
2. Carefully seat the washer hose grommet to the cowl panel (5).
3. Connect the washer hose (3) to the headliner hose (2) at the union (1).
4. Install the upper I/P trim pad.
5. Install the right side interior windshield garnish molding.




6. Seat the grommet (3) at the forward cowl panel.
7. Install the air inlet grille panel.
