Instrument Panel Extension Trim Plate Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Loosen and move center console rearward for access to the instrument panel (I/P) extension trim plate. Refer to Console Replacement.
2. Loosen and remove the I/P center trim panel from the I/P. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement.




3. Remove the screws that hold the I/P extension trim plate to the I/P.

Installation Procedure






Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

1. Align and tighten the screws that hold the I/P extension trim plate with the I/P.

Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

2. Align and fasten the I/P corner trim panel with the I/P. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement.
3. Align and move forward the center console into place and fasten to the center console bracket. Refer to Console Replacement.
