Subject
TIBURON POWER WINDOW LOCK SWITCH OPERATION
DESCRIPTION:
The Tiburon power window lock switch located on the armrest of the driver's side door is used to prevent operation of the window by the passenger. BOTH driver and passenger windows become disabled when the window lock switch is depressed. This feature is different than other Hyundai vehicles. To return the system to normal operation, press the window lock switch a second time to release it.
If a Tiburon is brought to the dealer with a reported power window inoperative condition, first check to see if the power window lock switch is depressed.
