Disassembly and Reassembly
EVAPORATOR UNITDISASSEMBLY
1. Remove 7 clips, holding the upper case to the lower case.
2. Remove the upper case.
NOTE: Be careful not to break or damage the thermostatic switch wiring.
3. Remove the thermostatic switch, with thermistor, and its mounting clip from the evaporator unit.
4. Remove the evaporator unit from the lower case.
REASSEMBLY
1. Install lower unit case to the evaporator.
2. Install thermistor to the evaporator.
3. Install upper unit case.
4. Install seven clips and two screws, holding the upper case to the lower case.
