General Description

Parking Position Switch indicates that Shift Lever is in P range or not. SMK unit decides that engine starting is enable after receiving Parking Position Switch signal.

DTC Description

This code is to check the signal of shift lever P-position to the SMK.
In the IGN on status, the code "Parking Position Input Error" is displayed. If the vehicle speed is over 3Km/h and the On status for P-position is lasting over 10seconds.
