Terminal and Connector Inspection

1. Many malfunctions in the electrical system are caused by poor harness(es) and terminals. Faults can also be caused by interference from other electrical systems, and mechanical or chemical damage.
2. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.
3. Has a problem been found ?






IPM Signal Circuit Inspection

1. Check MM CAN High Line
(1) IG "ON" & ENG "OFF".
(2) After connect GDS, select "Oscilloscope" mode.
(3) Measure the signal waveform on IPM MM CAN High line.

Specification :Refer to "Signal Waveform"








(4) Does the measured signal waveform follow the specification ?





2. Check MM CAN Low Line
(1) IG "ON" & ENG "OFF".
(2) After connect GDS, select "Oscilloscope" mode.
(3) Measure the signal waveform on IPM MM CAN Low line.

Specification :Refer to "Signal Waveform"








(4) Does the measured signal waveform follow the specification ?
