General Description

The PCM compares the actual torque with the calculated torque. When the difference between the actual torque and the calculated torque is outside specifications, a DTC is set. Because the PCM uses input sensor values to calculate torque, an inaccurate sensor value can affect the calculated torque. Be sure to check the sensor values when diagnosing this DTC.

DTC Description

When the difference between the actual torque and the calculated torque is outside the specification, the PCM sets a P061B DTC and the MIL is illuminated.
