Repair procedures

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the battery and tray.

2. Remove the air duct and air cleaner assembly.

3. Loosen the upper hose fixing bolt (A), and disconnect the fan motor connector (B)





NOTE:
The radiator hoses are still connected.

4. Remove cooling fan assembly (A).

Tightening torque :
3.9 - 5.9N.m (0.4 - 0.6kgf.m, 2.9 - 4.3lb-ft)




5. Installation is reverse order of removal
