Loosen bolts in the reverse order

3rd 40.0 Nm (4.1 kg-m, 30 ft-lb)
4th 95 degrees
5th 95 degrees again

Cylinder Head Bolts Outer Diameter





Limit (B) - (A) 0.18 mm (0.0071 in)

Whenever the size difference between (B) and (A) exceeds the limit, replace them with new one.

Head Surface Distortion

Standard Less than 0.03 mm (0.0012 in)
Limit 0.1 mm (0.004 in)

1st 1.96 Nm (0.20 kg-m, 1 ft-lb)
2nd 5.88 Nm (0.60 kg-m, 4 ft-lb)
