Actuator Linkage Rod

THROTTLE ACTUATOR LINKAGE ROD
- Open the bonnet and fit wing protection.





- Remove the actuator to link rod securing nut(1 Fig. 2).
- Remove the link rod piv0t pin and bush.
- Displace and remove the actuator link to throttle linkage securing clip (2 Fig. 2).
- Remove the actuator link rod (3 Fig. 2).
- Remove the actuator link retaining pin.
- Fitting a replacement actuator linkage rod is the reversal of the above procedure.
- Ensure the pivot pin is adjusted to remove any free play in the link rod before tightening the actuator pivot pin securing nut.
- Remove wing protection and close bonnet.
