Power Steering Pump Drive Coupling - Renew

POWER STEERING PUMP DRIVE COUPLING, - RENEW





^ Remove the power steering pump (PAS) securing bolts (1 Fig. 1), and dislocate the pump (2 Fig. 1) from its position.

^ Remove the drive coupling (3 Fig. 1) from either the pump drive dog or the auxiliary shaft drive dog.

^ Grease the new coupling lightly see Specifications, Service Materials and fit to the pump drive dog and align the pump to the auxiliary drive shaft.

^ Refit the pump into position and secure with the three fixing bolts.
