Measure the insulation resistance between EM012/013 & in turn;
EM012/018
EM012/019

Is the resistance > 10M ohms?

Yes
Go to V8

No
Inspect EM012, PI035 & PI001 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness fault. Test the system for normal operation
