With, EM011, & PI006 disconnected, measure the resistance between EM011/010 & PI006/002

Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?

Yes
Go to Q1

No
Inspect EM011 & PI006 for bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness/connector PI001
Go to P7
