Measure the resistance between EM013/018 & PI026/001 Repeat for EM013/017 & PI027/001

Is the resistances < 0.5 ohms?

Yes
Go to D6

No
Inspect connectors EM013, PI026 & PI027 for corrosion, damaged or pushed back pins or repair the harness/connector PI001/017 or PI001/018; test the system for normal operation.
