E4: Check Harness Ground Continuity

Measure the resistance between EM013/028 & PI017/002

Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?

Yes
Go to E5

No
Inspect EM013 & PI017 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness/connector PI001/021. Test the system for normal operation
