Measure the resistance between EM015/003 & EM058/001.

Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?

Yes
Go to B9 B9: End

No
Inspect EM015 & EM058 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or repair the harness & test the system for normal operation.
