R4: Check Throttle Motor Coil Continuity

With PI033 disconnected, measure the resistance across the connectors 1 & 2

Is the resistance 0.54 to 1.04 ohms?

Yes
Go to R5

No
Renew the electronic throttle assembly & test the system for normal operation
