R5: Check Throttle Motor Coil Insulation

NOTE: The throttle body is illustrated here by the ground symbol





With PI033 disconnected, measure the insulation resistance between pin 1 and the throttle body

Is the resistance > 10M ohms?

Yes
Go to R6

No
Renew the electronic throttle assembly & test the system for normal operation
