R7: Check Harness Continuity

With EM013 & EM016 disconnected measure the resistance between & EM013/014 & relay socket pin 1

Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?

Yes
Go to R8

No
Inspect connectors EM013 & EM016 for corrosion, damage, bent or pushed back pins & repair as required. Test the system for normal operation
