T4: Check Harness Signal Continuity

With, EM011, & PI042 disconnected, measure the resistance between EM011/013 & PI042/001

Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?

Yes
Go to T5

No
Inspect EM011 & PI042 for bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness/connector PI001/012
