C5: Check Harness Continuity - Power (Throttle Position)

With conditions as in C4, measure the resistance between
PI006/004 & EM011/008
PI006/004 & EM010/021

Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?

Yes
Go to C6 C6: Check Harness Continuity - Ground (Throttle Position)

No
Inspect PI042, EM011, EM010 & PI001 for bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness/splice EMS01 or PIS09 & test the system for normal operation
OK? Go to C18 C18: Check Sensor Supply Voltage
