Shifter A/T: Service and Repair

Removal
1. Move the selector lever to position "N".
2. Remove the center console.





3. Remove the air duct.





4. Detach the ignition switch interlock cable.
Disconnect the ignition switch interlock cable.
Detach the ignition switch interlock cable.





5. Disconnect the selector cable.





6. Detach the selector cable.





7. Disconnect the shift selector electrical connector.





8. Remove the shift selector assembly.

Installation
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
2. Adjust the cable.
