Front Seat Cushion Heater Element

Removal
1. Remove the front seat.







2. Detach the seat track.







3. Disconnect the seat module electrical connectors and the powered seat switchpack electrical connector.







4. Disconnect the seat motor electrical connector.
1. Detach the seat wiring harness.
2. Disconnect the seat motor electrical connector.







5. NOTE: Seat right-hand recliner trim panel shown, left-hand similar.


Remove both seat recliner trim panels.







6. Detach the seat wiring harness.







7. Disconnect the seat cushion heater element electrical connector.







8. NOTE: Seat right-hand recliner retaining bolt shown, left-hand similar.


Remove the seat cushion.
- Remove both seat recliner retaining bolts.







9. Remove the seat control module.
1. Remove the seat control module retaining nuts.
2. Remove the seat control module.







10. Remove the powered seat switchpack.







11. Remove the powered seat switchpack housing retaining screws.







12. Remove the seat cushion cover.







13. Remove the seat cushion heater element.

Installation
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
