Coupe Rear Seat Belt 76.73.18

Removal
1. Remove rear seat cushion and squab.
2. Remove coat hanger hook.
3. Remove and position rear quarter casing for access.
4. Remove rear parcel shelf.







5. Slacken and remove seat belt lower anchor plate to seat pan securing bolt.







6. Remove escutcheon from rear quarter casing and pass seat belt through gap in lower half.







7. Slacken and remove inertia reel to parcel shelf panel securing bolt and remove seat belt and inertia reel assembly from vehicle.

Installation







1. Fit inertia reel assembly.
- Position inertia reel on parcel shelf panel ensuring that dowel locates correctly in reel housing.
- Fit and tighten inertia reel to panel securing bolt.







2. Secure seat belt lower anchor plate.
- Moving rear quarter casing for access, position seat belt lower anchor plate at seat pan location.
- Fit securing bolt to anchor plate, place card washer and spacer on bolt.
- Fit and tighten bolt securing seat belt anchor plate in seat pan location ensuring dowel locates in slot.
3. Fit parcel shelf.
4. Fit rear quarter casing.
5. Fit escutcheon over seat belt and press firmly into casing aperture.
6. Fit coat hanger hook.
7. Fit rear seat cushion and squab.
