INSPECTION





1. Heat the thermostat as shown in the illustration.
2. Check that the valve operates properly.
3. Check to determine the temperature at which the valve begins to open.
Valve opening temperature 80 - 83.5°C (176.9 - 182.3°F)
Full opening temperature 95°C (203°F)
