Component Inspection

Check Drive Motor
1. Ignition OFF.
2. Disconnect safety plug from the main battery (Wait for 5 minutes after OFF).
3. Disconnect HSG Motor Cable and MCU main harness connector.
4. Portable Insulation Tester connect individually HSG U,V,W cable terminal and "+" red porbe.
5. Portable Insulation Tester check the resistance between "-" terminal-Chassis(GND).
** 1)Insulation Tester Probe Switching may damage the Vehicle.
2)Check again after disassembling the T/M Ass'y from vehicle.

Specification :upper 10MOhms @ DC 500V




6. Is the measured resistance within specifications?
