DETAIL
A squeak originating from the top of the rear seat back, where it contacts the rear shelf side support, can be repaired by attaching velour anti-squeak tape to the shelf.
ACTION REQUIRED
If after a road test a rear seat squeak is identified in this area fit the anti-squeak tape.

PROCEDURE
Release the rear seat and fold forward, giving a clear view of the clear plastic pad currently fitted to the rear shelf side support (see illustration).
Cut a piece of the anti-squeak tape to the appropriate size, remove the self adhesive backing and place over the existing clear plastic pad.
Return the seat to its normal position.
