Tail Door Trim Panel Vibration

AFFECTED VEHICLE RANGE:

Discovery Series II (LT) Up to 2A736340

SITUATION:

TAIL DOOR TRIM VIBRATION WHILE RADIO ON

The customer may experience a buzz or vibration when the radio is operated at medium to high volume. The original trim panel by have insufficient bonding between mating elements of the panel.

RESOLUTION:

INSTALL UPGRADED REPLACEMENT COMPONENT

Where a complaint of the above is confirmed, replace the tail door trim panel with the new panel now available from Land Rover Parts.

INSTALL REPLACEMENT TAIL DOOR PANEL





1. Refer to the Discovery Series II Workshop Manual on RAVE and perform repair number 76.34.09.99.

2. Replace the tail door trim panel with the correct part for the application.
