Removal
1 Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Procedures
2 Remove the auxiliary heater core and evaporator core housing. For additional information, refer to Auxiliary Heater Core and Evaporator Core Housing Auxiliary Climate Control Heater Core And Evaporator Core Housing

CAUTION: Engine coolant will damage the paint finished surfaces. If spilt, immediately remove the coolant and clean the area with water.
Remove the heater core.
- Carefully release the heater core from the auxiliary heater core and evaporator core housing.

Installation
1 Install the heater core.
- Make sure the heater core is fully seated.
2 Install the auxiliary heater core and evaporator core housing. For additional information, refer to Auxiliary Heater Core and Evaporator Core Housing Auxiliary Climate Control Heater Core And Evaporator Core Housing
3 Install the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Procedures
