Radiator: Service and Repair

1. Drain engine coolant into suitable container.
2. Remove union bolt and gasket, then disconnect pressure hose from hydraulic motor. Drain leaking oil into suitable container.
3. Disconnect upper radiator and hydraulic motor return hoses.
4. Disconnect lower radiator hose from water inlet pipe, then the oil cooler hoses from oil cooler pipes.
5. Disconnect cruise control actuator wire clamp.
6. Remove radiator and hydraulic cooling fan upper supports, then the radiator.
7. Remove A/T oil cooler hoses, then the radiator lower hose.
8. Remove hydraulic cooling fan from radiator then the lower radiator supports.
9. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Bleed electronically controlled hydraulic cooling fan system.
b. Check automatic transmission fluid level and adjust as necessary, then check engine coolant level and adjust as necessary.
