Blower Motor Assembly

BLOWER MOTOR REMOVAL

1. REMOVE THESE PARTS:
(a) Instrument panel No. 2 under cover
(b) Front passenger's door scuff plate
(c) Cowl side portion of floor carpet





2. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL RELAY FROM BLOWER UNIT
(a) Remove the 2 screws and the blower motor control relay from the blower unit.
(b) Disconnect the 2 connectors.





3. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR COVER
(a) Remove the shaft cover from the blower motor cover.
(b) Disconnect the shaft from the control lever of the blower motor cover.
(c) Remove the 2 screws and the blower motor cover.





4. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR
(a) Disconnect the connector.
(b) Remove the 3 screws and the blower motor.

BLOWER MOTOR INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
