Blower Unit

BLOWER UNIT REMOVAL
1. REMOVE COOLING UNIT
Evaporator Case





2. REMOVE BLOWER UNIT
(a) Disconnect the 2 connectors and the 2 ABS ECU connectors.
(b) Remove the 2 bolts, nut and the blower unit.





BLOWER UNIT DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL SERVOMOTOR
Remove the 2 screws and the air inlet damper control servomotor.

2. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL RELAY
(a) Disconnect the connector.
(b) Remove the 2 screws and the blower motor control relay.

3. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR COVER
4. REMOVE WIRE HARNESS

5. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR
Remove the 3 screws and the blower motor.

BLOWER UNIT ASSEMBLY
Assembly is in the reverse order of disassembly.

BLOWER UNIT INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
