Installation

1. Install hydraulic pump.
2. Connect pressure and suction hoses to hydraulic pump.
(a) Connect the pressure hose with a new gasket and the union bolt and torque to 64 Nm (47 ft. lbs.).
(b) Connect the suction hose.
3. Install timing belt covers.
4. Install intake air connector.





5. Install No. 1 ignition coil.
(a) Install the ignition coil with the 2 bolts.
(b) Connect these connectors and cord:
(1) Ignition coil connector.
(2) Noise filter connector.
(3) High-tension cord
6. Install the V-bank cover with 2 nuts and bolt.
7. Fill with engine coolant.
8. Fill with cooling fan fluid.
9. Start engine and check for leaks.
10. Install engine under cover.
