Cylinder Head Bolts

1. Using vernier calipers, measure the thread outside diameter of the bolt.
Standard outside diameter: 9.770-9.960 mm (0.3846-0.3921 inch).
Minimum outside diameter: 9.600 mm (0.3780 inch).
2. If the diameter is less than minimum, replace the bolt.
