Assembly

1. Place the drive and driven rotors into pump body with the marks facing the pump body cover side.
2. Install a new O-ring to the oil pump body.
3. Install the oil pump body cover with the 10 screws, tighten to 10 Nm (105 kg. cm., 8 ft. lbs.).
4. Insert these parts into the oil pump body hole:
- Relief valve
- Compression spring
- Retainer






5. Using snap ring pliers, install a new snap ring.
