ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

1. INSPECT CLOCK ASSEMBLY (W/o Navigation System)




a. Disconnect the E3 connector.




b. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table.

HINT: If the value is not as specified, repair or replace the wire harness or connector.




c. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table.

HINT: If the value is not as specified, repair or replace the wire harness or connector.

d. Reconnect the E3 connector.

Oscilloscope Waveform:

e. Check the waveform according to the illustration shown in.

HINT: If the result is not as specified, replace the heater control panel because the clock assembly does not supplied independently.

2. INSPECT CLOCK ASSEMBLY (W/ Navigation System)




a. Disconnect the E18 connector.




b. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table.

HINT: If the value is not as specified, repair or replace the wire harness or connector.




c. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table.

HINT: If the value is not as specified, repair or replace the wire harness or connector.

d. Reconnect the E18 connector.

Oscilloscope Waveform:

e. Check the waveform according to the illustration shown in.

HINT: Because the clock assembly does not supplied independently, if the result is not as specified, replace the multi-display.

HINT: If the result is not as specified, replace the multidisplay because the clock assembly does not supplied independently.
