Title
RATTLE NOISE FROM HEADLINER AREA
Component
BODY COMPONENT
Models
'07 ES 350
INTRODUCTION:
Some customers may experience a buzz or slight rattle noise from the rear portion of the headliner when the vehicle hits small sharp bumps. It has been determined that the source of such a rattle may be the Tire Pressure Warning System (TPWS) antenna located above the headliner between the rear of the sliding roof opening and the top of the back glass.
To improve this condition, the rigidity of the bracket holding the TPWS Antenna to the roof cross brace has been increased. Replace the older style receiver assembly with the new type assembly on vehicles built PRIOR to the starting VIN shown below.
APPLICABLE VEHICLES:
- 2007 model year ES 350 vehicles produced BEFORE the Production Change Effective VIN shown.
