Glove Box Lamp: Testing and Inspection

INSPECTION




1. INSPECT GLOVE BOX LIGHT
a. Remove the glove box light.




b. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table given.

If the result is not as specified, repair or replace the wire harness or connector.




c. Connect the (+) lead from the battery to terminal 2 and the (-) lead to terminal 1.
d. Check that the glove box light comes on.

OK: Comes on

If the result is not as specified, replace the glove box light.
