Disc Player (For Ottoman):

DISC PLAYER (for Ottoman)

REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

CAUTION: Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.

NOTE: After the engine switch is turned off, the HDD navigation system requires approximately 6 minutes to record various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, wait 6 minutes or more before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY
3. REMOVE DISC PLAYER CONTROLLER WITH BRACKET




a. Disconnect all the connectors and remove the clips.




b. Remove the 4 bolts and disc player.

4. REMOVE NO. 1 DISC PLAYER BRACKET




a. Remove the 2 bolts and bracket.

5. REMOVE NO. 2 DISC PLAYER BRACKET




a. Remove the 2 bolts and bracket.

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL NO. 1 DISC PLAYER BRACKET




a. Set the bracket's aligning protrusions labeled A into the disc player's holes.
b. Install the bracket with the 2 bolts labeled B.

2. INSTALL NO. 2 DISC PLAYER BRACKET




a. Set the bracket's aligning protrusions labeled A into the disc player's holes.
b. Install the bracket with the 2 bolts labeled B.

3. INSTALL DISC PLAYER CONTROLLER WITH BRACKET




a. Install the disc player to the rear console box.




b. Install the 4 bolts.




c. Install the clips and connect all the connectors.

4. INSTALL REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY
5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
6. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
a. Perform initialization.

NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
