Removal and Replacement

RADIATOR GRILLE

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH
2. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH
3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER INLET COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
4. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL
5. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE ASSEMBLY





a. Rotate the 2 clips as shown in the illustration, and remove the 2 clips and 2 grommets.
b. Remove the bolt.
c. Detach the 7 claws and remove the radiator grille.

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE ASSEMBLY





a. Attach the 7 claws to install the radiator grille.
b. Install the bolt.
c. Install the 2 grommets and 2 clips, and rotate the 2 clips as shown in the illustration.

2. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL
3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
4. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH
5. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH
