DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE ENGINE SWITCH





a. Detach the 2 claws and remove the switch.

2. REMOVE NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT





a. Remove the screw.
b. Detach the claw and remove the duct.

3. REMOVE DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY





a. Remove the 3 screws and nozzle.

4. REMOVE NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT





a. Remove the screw.
b. Detach the claw and remove the duct.

5. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL PIN





a. Remove the 2 screws and 2 pins.

6. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT





a. Remove the 3 screws and duct.

7. REMOVE NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT





a. Remove the 3 screws and duct.

8. REMOVE FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY
9. REMOVE NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT





a. Remove the 2 screws and duct.

10. REMOVE TIRE PRESSURE WARNING ECU





a. Remove the bolt and ECU.

11. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE





a. Disconnect the connector and 4 clamps, and remove the wire.

12. REMOVE NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (for DVD)
13. REMOVE NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (for HDD)
14. REMOVE NO. 1 METER HOOD RETAINER





a. Remove the 2 screws and 2 retainers.

15. REMOVE NO. 2 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH





a. Remove the 6 claws and garnish.

16. REMOVE NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH





a. Remove the 6 claws and garnish.

17. REMOVE AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR





a. Remove the 2 claws and sensor.

REASSEMBLY

HINT: A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart.

1. INSTALL AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR





a. Attach the 2 claws to install the sensor.

2. INSTALL NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH





a. Attach the 6 claws to install the garnish.

3. INSTALL NO. 2 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH





a. Attach the 6 claws to install the garnish.

4. INSTALL NO. 1 METER HOOD RETAINER





a. Attach the 2 screws to install the 2 retainers.

5. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE





a. Attach the 4 clamps to install the wire.
b. Connect the connector.

6. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (for DVD)
7. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (for HDD)
8. INSTALL TIRE PRESSURE WARNING ECU





a. Install the ECU with the bolt.

9. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT





a. Install the duct with the 2 screws.

10. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY
11. INSTALL NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT





a. Install the duct with the 3 screws.

12. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT





a. Install the duct with the 3 screws.

13. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL PIN





a. Install the 2 pins with the 2 screws.

14. INSTALL NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT





a. Attach the claw and install the duct.
b. Install the screw.

15. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY





a. Install the nozzle with the 3 screws.

16. INSTALL NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT





a. Attach the claw and install the duct.
b. Install the screw.

17. INSTALL ENGINE SWITCH





a. Attach the 2 claws to install the switch.
