Variable Induction Control Actuator: Testing and Inspection

INSPECTION

1. INSPECT INTAKE AIR CONTROL VALVE ACTUATOR







a. When battery voltage is applied between terminals 1 and 2 of the connector, check the operation of the actuator shaft.

NOTE: Apply battery voltage for 10 seconds or less each time the inspection is performed.
