Installation

1UR-FSE FUEL: FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR ASSEMBLY






(a) Apply a light coat of gasoline to 2 new O-rings, and install them onto the fuel pressure regulator.






(b) Install the fuel pressure regulator to the fuel filter.
(c) Attach the 2 claws of the fuel filter and install the cap.
NOTICE:
- Make sure that the fuel main valve and fuel pressure regulator are not installed backwards. If installed backwards, the engine may stall.
- Make sure the O-rings are not cut or pinched during the installation.
- Attach the claws securely.

2. INSTALL FUEL MAIN VALVE ASSEMBLY






(a) Apply a light coat of gasoline to 2 new O-rings, and install them onto the fuel main valve.






(b) Install the fuel main valve to the fuel filter.
NOTICE:

- Make sure that the fuel main valve and fuel pressure regulator are not installed backwards. If installed backwards, the engine may stall.
- Make sure the O-rings are not cut or pinched during the installation.


3. INSTALL FUEL PUMP ASSEMBLY Reassembly

4. INSTALL NO. 1 FUEL SUCTION SUPPORT Reassembly

5. INSTALL FUEL PUMP HARNESS Reassembly

6. INSTALL JET PUMP Reassembly

7. INSTALL FUEL FILTER Reassembly

8. INSTALL FUEL SUCTION PLATE SUB-ASSEMBLY Reassembly

9. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY Reassembly

10. INSTALL FUEL SUCTION TUBE ASSEMBLY WITH PUMP AND GAUGE Installation

11. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

12. INSPECT FOR FUEL LEAK Testing and Inspection

13. INSTALL REAR FLOOR NO. 2 SERVICE HOLE COVER Installation

14. INSTALL ROOM NO. 3 PARTITION PAD Installation

15. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY Installation
