1UR-FSE EMISSION CONTROL: PURGE VALVE: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL PURGE VSV






(a) Install the purge VSV with the bolt.
Torque: 21 Nm (215 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)
(b) Connect the 2 purge line hoses to the purge VSV.
(c) Connect the purge VSV connector.
2. CONNECT ENGINE WIRE Installation

3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP LH
(a) Install the air cleaner cap LH.
4. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP RH
(a) Install the air cleaner cap RH.
5. INSTALL INTAKE AIR CONNECTOR PIPE Installation

6. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET Installation

7. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

8. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Installation

9. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH Installation

10. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET COVER Installation

11. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
12. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH Installation

13. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
(a) Perform initialization Repair Instruction - Initialization.
NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after reconnecting the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal.
