AIR CONDITIONING: CONDENSER:
REMOVAL
1. RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM Service and Repair
2. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD LH
3. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH
4. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER LH
5. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER RH
6. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT Testing and Inspection
7. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
8. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Removal
9. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Removal
10. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH Removal
11. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
12. REMOVE AIR CLEANER INLET SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
13. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET Removal
14. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY Removal
15. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER Disassembly
16. REMOVE MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System) Removal
17. SEPARATE RADIATOR RESERVE TANK HOSE Removal
18. DISCONNECT RADIATOR HOSE INLET Removal
19. DISCONNECT RADIATOR HOSE OUTLET Removal
20. DISCONNECT NO. 1 OIL COOLER INLET HOSE Removal
21. DISCONNECT NO. 1 OIL COOLER OUTLET HOSE Removal
22. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT UPPER Removal
23. DISCONNECT LIQUID TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the bolt and disconnect the liquid tube sub-assembly from the condenser.
(b) Remove the O-ring from the liquid tube sub-assembly.
NOTE:
Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.
24. DISCONNECT COOLER REFRIGERANT DISCHARGE PIPE
(a) Remove the bolt and disconnect the cooler refrigerant discharge pipe from the condenser.
(b) Remove the O-ring from the cooler refrigerant discharge pipe.
NOTE:
Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.
25. REMOVE COOLER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the 4 bolts and condenser.
26. REMOVE COOLER DRYER
(a) Using a 14 mm straight hexagon wrench, remove the cap from the modulator.
(b) Using pliers, remove the cooler dryer.
