OTHER SYSTEM: CIGARETTE LIGHTER (for Front Side): REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH Removal
2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE:
After the engine switch is turned off, the HDD navigation system requires approximately 6 minutes to record various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, wait 6 minutes or more before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH Removal
4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH Removal
5. REMOVE NO. 3 BOX PANEL Removal
6. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
7. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE PANEL UPPER Removal
8. REMOVE CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY UPPER Removal
9. REMOVE CIGARETTE LIGHTER ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the cigarette lighter knob and element.





(b) Detach the clamp and disconnect the connector.





(c) Rotate the ring nut in the direction indicated by the arrow, and remove the ring nut from the console panel.





(d) Remove the cigarette retainer from the console panel.





(e) Remove the cigarette lighter from the console panel.
